My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the initial room I was given didn't meet my expectations due to layout issues. Once I was moved to the room I'd booked, my experience improved significantly. The location was great for getting around, and I enjoyed the breakfast options in the restaurant. Overall, it had a nice atmosphere, but I wasn't thrilled with the initial room setup.

I've been staying at this hotel for years and it's truly my favorite in West Palm Beach! The recent renovations have made the lobby and pool area even more inviting, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff treats us like family, but the new parking fee is a downside that could be reconsidered.
